Transfer of reservation on a Holiday Club

We are happy for you to transfer your registration to another child at any time with no charge.

Can I sign my child up for more than one day?

Yes, as each day’s activities are completely different.

What should my child bring to the holiday Club?

Your child will require a packed lunch but we provide unlimited water as required and actively encourage children to drink plenty of fluids during the day. Please pack additional snack items if you think your child requires them. Please clearly mark your child's name on all items he/she brings to the Holiday Club.

Due to rising concerns with food allergies and intolerances we do not provide any food or snacks and ask that no nuts are supplied in your child’s packed lunch.

You may wish to supply suncream, but your child must apply it themselves. A hat and/or sunglasses may also be sensible during sunny weather.

Should your child forget to bring a packed lunch, we will contact you on the emergency contact number provided.

What should my child wear to the holiday Club?

We will provide safety glasses and lab coats during the day, when they are required. We recommend that your child wears suitable clothing for the weather and remember that although lab coats are worn, there may still be the chance that they might get messy, therefore we recommend that they do not wear their best outfit !!.. We do ask that children do not wear open toed shoes to the Holiday Club, especially flip-flops, as it is possible that chemicals will be used during the day.

Medical Information about your Child

Prior to actual attendance at Holiday Club, we require certain medical information from you regarding your child. This is to assist the Holiday Club staff with knowledge of specific considerations for your child.

You must be aware that all activities involve some risk, and, by registering for a Holiday Club, there is an assumption of risk made by the participant. We are dedicated to securing safe facilities for our Holiday Clubs and using staff that are trained and equipment that is designed to be safe.

Additional medical services will be called if required. We will contact the emergency contact as quickly as possible should a medical emergency arise during the day.

By enrolling your child in a Mr G’s Science Shows Ltd Holiday Club, you agree to not hold Mr G’s Science Shows Ltd or its employees liable for any medical emergencies or conditions your child may experience, related directly or indirectly to the Holiday Club.
